Acceptable use policy

Prohibited items

• Alcohol, tobacco, vapes and nicotine products; cannabis and cannabis products
• Firearms, ammunition, weapons of any kind, explosives, fireworks
• Controlled substances; prescription medicines unless the sender is a licensed pharmacy and the recipient is the patient or carer
• Hazardous, flammable, corrosive or pressurised goods; loose lithium batteries
• Live animals; human or animal remains; biological samples without a compliant container and a licensed sender
• Cash, bullion, bearer instruments above the city cap; lottery tickets
• Counterfeit or stolen goods; anything illegal to possess or transport in the service area
• Items exceeding the vehicle class booked, or unsafe to carry in a passenger vehicle

Prohibited uses

• Requesting deliveries to harass, stalk or intimidate a person
• Using drivers to perform tasks other than the booked delivery
• Contacting drivers off-platform to arrange work, or offering payment outside the wallet
• Scraping the live map or attempting to de-anonymise driver positions
• Sharing API keys, reselling access without agreement, or circumventing rate limits

Enforcement

Prohibited items are refused at creation. Suspected breaches are investigated; accounts may be suspended and law enforcement contacted where required. Report concerns to trust@rentadriver.ai.
