Zapiet – Pickup + Delivery

Same-day local delivery for the slots your Shopify customers book in Zapiet.

RentADriver is a Last Mile Delivery courier inside Zapiet – Pickup + Delivery, the Shopify app for local delivery with a date and time slot. Zapiet asks us for a live rate at checkout, sends paid orders to RentADriver, and we book a local driver for the customer's slot. The RD tracking number and link go onto the Shopify order, and delivered or cancelled status flows back to Zapiet. Nothing to install in Shopify: you connect with a RentADriver API key.

How it works

Sign in to RentADriver and choose the workspace that pays for deliveries.
In the dashboard, open Developers and create an admin API key (operator and viewer keys are refused). It is shown once; copy it. To try it first, use a sandbox key (rd_test_…): it books sandbox deliveries with demo drivers.
In Zapiet › Settings › Last mile delivery › RentADriver, paste the key and choose the locations we serve. Turn on 'Add tracking details to Shopify order' and 'Send tracking details to customer'.
Top up your wallet. Paid orders are booked for the customer's slot; cancelling in Zapiet before pickup cancels the delivery.
