Do I need a contract or minimum volume?+
No. Pay per delivery from a prepaid wallet. Volume plans with lower rates start at 500 deliveries a month, but nothing is required to start.
How fast do drivers arrive?+
In launch cities a driver is typically at your counter within 8 to 18 minutes of booking. You can also schedule pickups for a time window or run recurring routes.
What do my customers see?+
A tracking link with the driver's first name, live position and ETA, and a proof photo when it's delivered. You can show the same in your order emails.
Who pays if something goes wrong?+
Failed or disputed deliveries hold the funds until a human reviews the proof. Item value is covered up to the per-delivery cap for the city; declare high-value items at booking.
Can I book without a developer?+
Yes: the Console lets staff book by hand, and the Shopify, WooCommerce, Square and Zapier apps are in beta. Join the list on the Integrations page.
