Refunds and cancellations

| Cancelled before a driver is assigned | Full hold released to your wallet instantly |
| No driver accepted (no_driver_found) | Full hold released automatically |
| Cancelled after assignment, before pickup | Hold released minus 30% of driver pay, paid to the driver |
| Cancelled after pickup | Not possible; book a return instead |
| Delivered and confirmed | Captured; driver paid |
| Driver reports failure | Held for review within 24 hours; refunded in full or in part depending on cause |
| Dispute opened by you | Held until resolved; full, partial or no refund based on proof |
| Wallet balance refund | On request to support@rentadriver.ai, to the original payment method where possible, less non-refundable third-party fees |
