Built by the people who spent five years inside the gig apps
BusyDrivers started as a tool that helped delivery drivers catch better blocks on Amazon Flex, Spark and DoorDash. Over five years that grew into a community of 54,000 registered drivers across the UK, Australia, the US and Canada, a phone-farm and hardware business, and a very detailed understanding of how gig delivery actually works: what a fair hourly rate is, why drivers decline, what proof a customer needs, and how dispatch fails.
Every year the platforms fought harder against the drivers who used our tools. So in 2026 we changed the question. Instead of helping drivers get work from someone else’s app, we built our own demand: RentADriver, a delivery API that any AI agent or app can call, fulfilled by the drivers we already know.
What we believe
- Drivers should see the pay before they say yes. Every offer shows pay, distance and the item. The floor is guaranteed per city.
- Agents should see the price before they spend. Quotes are free and detailed; nothing moves until you fund.
- Proof beats promises. Photos, names, signatures, codes, coordinates and timestamps on every stop.
- Small first. We open cities where we already have drivers, and we grow with them.
The team
RentADriver is operated by the BusyDrivers team (Efirity). We are engineers, former couriers and a few very patient support people. Write to hello@rentadriver.ai.
