Delete your account and data
You can delete your RentADriver account whether or not you still have the app installed. Requests are confirmed by email within 2 business days and completed within 30 days. Last updated 6 September 2026.
Drivers (RentADriver Go app)
In the app, open Account → Delete account and confirm your request. Support opens a ticket where you can follow its progress and receive replies. Signing out does not delete your account.
If you cannot access the app:
- Email drivers@rentadriver.ai from the address or phone number you signed up with, subject Delete my driver account.
Clients and API users
Email hello@rentadriver.ai from the organisation's contact address, or use the console's account menu. Deleting an organisation revokes its API keys immediately and refunds any wallet balance paid by card to the original payment method; promotional credits are forfeited.
Shopify merchants
Uninstalling the app from your store triggers Shopify's shop/redact webhook; we delete your store profile and access token within 48 hours and order data within 30 days.
What is deleted, what is kept

If you only want to stop notifications or go off shift, you do not need to delete anything: see the privacy policy for your other rights, or write to privacy@rentadriver.ai.
