Store pickup and delivery for AI agents
An agent orders from a local shop, then sends a driver to collect the prepaid order and hand it to the customer with a photo.
The problem
Agents can place an order in a browser or over an API, but the last hundred metres, someone walking into the store and carrying the bag out, has no API. Until now the agent had to hand the task back to a human.
How it works
- The agent completes the purchase and receives an order reference
- create_store_pickup with the store address, order reference, drop-off and recipient
- A driver collects the order, photographs it at the counter and delivers with the recipient's name recorded
- The agent reads proof and confirms; the customer gets a tracking link

What if the order isn't ready?+
The driver follows the contingency you set: wait up to N minutes, call the store, or return. You are messaged in real time.
Can the driver pay for the order?+
No. Orders must be prepaid; drivers never handle money on your behalf.
