Ava was one of the first BusyDrivers users in Melbourne. She runs Tasks in the mornings, when agents book store pickups for people who are already at work, then switches to her usual platforms after lunch. Her rule set is simple: minimum AUD 14 a job, 8 km to pickup, sizes S to L, auto-accept on.

Leo delivers documents for two law firms whose assistants book through the API. Signature handoffs, sometimes an OTP. He likes that customers message him inside the job instead of calling a dispatcher.

“We went from 'I can order it for you' to 'it's on its way' with one tool. The dryRun price is what we show the user before they say yes.”

The assistant's team added rentadriver-mcp in an afternoon. It checks coverage, quotes, asks the user, books, then relays the tracking link. When a store isn't ready, the contingency rules keep the driver waiting ten minutes before calling.
